Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules in English
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- Adequate vision for color and close work, and the ability to handle technology required for job duties
- Comfortable with teamwork and independent work
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point of sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personalized selling conversations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and sales goals
- Assist customers with product selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Support teammates and collaborate to create a positive work environment
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
