Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during the first three fiscal quarters and 60 hours during the fourth fiscal quarter
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to use computers and register technology proficiently

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand and communicate product features and benefits to meet customers' needs
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide personalized styling recommendations
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and encourage customers to open credit accounts
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling strategies
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and enhance customer service
