Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to perform repetitive motions such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Strong vision including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Comfort handling cash registers and handheld electronic equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with electronic sales equipment and technology
- Willingness to learn and develop within a retail sales environment
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting room areas
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through smart selling and customer engagement
- Support teammates through honest, caring collaboration to enhance customer service
- Use electronic devices and cash registers efficiently to process transactions
