Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Must be comfortable using computers and handheld equipment
- Physically able to perform duties including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Customer-focused attitude and resourcefulness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Familiarity with electronic devices and cash register systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm hello and engage in friendly, personal conversations
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals and product information daily to stay informed and prepared
- Use electronic devices to assist with transactions and customer inquiries
- Finish transactions by sharing loyalty program benefits and thanking customers
- Support team members through honest, caring collaboration
