Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Physical ability to stand for at least two hours, lift up to 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Capability to use computers and other technology required for the role
- Comfort with teamwork as well as independent work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections to enhance shopping experiences
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Promote loyalty programs and company policies during customer interactions
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
