- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical aptitude for operating POS and related technology
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections
- Advise customers on style and fit using product knowledge
- Use modern store technology for seamless omni-channel shopping and promote loyalty programs
- Maintain visual and operational standards focusing on customer satisfaction
- Support product flow, shipping, receiving and assist with omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Achieve sales goals through excellent customer service
