Job Duties
- Guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Use modern store technology such as POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support shipment process and contribute to omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- Maintain operational standards with a focus on the customer
