Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of fashion styling and trends beneficial

- Basic technical aptitude for using retail technology
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Use point of sale systems and other store technology to assist customers
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support shipment process and omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards
- Guide customers through the brand experience to create authentic connections
