Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- use modern store technology including POS and payment systems
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- maintain maurices visual and operational standards
- support shipment process and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pickup
