Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- willing to work a flexible schedule
- strong communication skills
- ability to use technology such as POS systems and tablets effectively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- passion for fashion and customer service
- basic technical aptitude with retail technology
- goal and achievement oriented
- comfortable with flexible scheduling
Job Duties
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- use POS and payment systems to process transactions
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- support shipment process and omni-channel order fulfillment including curbside and in-store pickup
- maintain maurices visual and operational standards
- guide customers through the brand experience making authentic connections
