Job Duties
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- guide customers through the brand experience to create authentic connections
- operate modern store technology including POS and payment systems
- support omni-channel shopping experience and promote loyalty programs
- maintain visual and operational standards
- assist with product flow, shipping, and receiving including omni order fulfillment
