Job Qualifications

- passion for fashion and customer service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- proficient with basic technology and willing to learn store systems
- ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires and leaves customers feeling their best
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- use modern retail technology like POS systems and tablets for cashier duties and communication
- promote loyalty programs and seamless omni-channel shopping experiences
- support shipment processes and omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- maintain visual and operational store standards focusing on customer needs
