Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Goal and achievement oriented
- Some technical aptitude
- Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic technical aptitude with store technology
- Knowledge and interest in fashion and styling
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the role
Job Duties
- Create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires and supports customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Use modern store technology including POS, payment systems, tablets, and communication headsets
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support product flow including shipping and receiving
- Assist with omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
