Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
  • Goal achievement oriented
  • Some technical aptitude
  • Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic technical aptitude for using POS and store technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to engage customers of diverse backgrounds

Job Duties

  • Guide the customer through maurices brand experience to make authentic connections
  • Advise customers on style and fit with confidence and product knowledge
  • Operate cash wrap and cashier technology including POS and payment systems
  • Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards with customer focus
  • Support shipping, receiving, and product flow processes
  • Participate in omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
  • Promote loyalty programs and credit services
