Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Strong style and fashion knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic technical aptitude for using modern retail technology
Job Duties
- Guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections
- Provide customer-obsessed service leveraging loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge
- Operate cash wrap using modern store technology including POS and payment systems
- Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards focusing on customer needs
- Support product flow through shipping and receiving processes and omni-order fulfillment
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services while delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience
