Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications

- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of fashion and styling a plus

Job Duties
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- advise customers with style and fit knowledge to achieve sales goals
- operate point-of-sale systems and promote loyalty and credit programs
- support shipment process and product flow
- contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
- maintain maurices' visual and operational standards
