Job Duties

  • Guide the customer through the maurices brand experience to make authentic connections
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
  • Use store technology including POS and payment systems to facilitate sales
  • Promote loyalty programs and credit services
  • Support shipment process and contribute to omni order fulfillment
  • Maintain visual and operational standards focusing on customer needs
