Job Requirements

- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Duties
- Guide the customer through our award-winning brand experience to make authentic connections
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Use modern store technology such as POS and payment systems to provide an omni-channel shopping experience
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support shipping and receiving processes and contribute to omni order fulfillment
- Maintain Maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on customer needs
