Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds

- basic technical aptitude to use POS and store technology
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- guide the customer through brand experience to make authentic connections
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- use store technology to operate cash wrap and promote loyalty programs
- support shipment process and product flow
- contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- maintain visual and operational store standards
