Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to build wardrobes and create an unforgettable shopping experience
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- use POS and other store technology to provide seamless omni-channel shopping
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- support shipment, product flow, and omni order fulfillment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
- maintain visual and operational standards focusing on customer needs
- guide customers through the brand experience with confidence and product knowledge
