Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for fashion and helping customers

- capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- basic technical aptitude for using POS and communication devices
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and store presentation
- use POS and payment systems for cashier duties
- maintain maurices visual and operational standards
- support shipment process and omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- guide customers through brand experience
