Job Duties
- Share mission and values as a brand advocate promoting sustainability and recycling
- Provide exceptional customer service with a hospitality-focused mindset
- Greet and engage customers creating memorable and welcoming experiences
- Listen and understand customer needs to recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and promote products to build customer base and sales
- Collaborate proactively with team members to support a cohesive and successful work environment
- Maintain boutique operations including stocking, arranging displays, assisting with shipments, and ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Participate in training programs to gain coffee expertise and retail skills
