Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- a willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- goal/achievement oriented
- some technical aptitude
- ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
- ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- basic technical aptitude

Job Duties
- guide the customer through our award-winning brand experience to make authentic connections
- customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
- cash wrap/cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online
- deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience
- promote our loyalty programs and credit services
- maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
- product flow/shipping and receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor
- contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
