Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- goal achievement oriented
- some technical aptitude
- ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience advantageous but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for fashion and helping customers
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic technical aptitude to use retail technology

Job Duties
- guide the customer through the award-winning brand experience to make authentic connections
- provide excellent customer service by leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge
- use modern store technology to manage transactions and promote loyalty programs
- maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- support shipment process and contribute to order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- build wardrobes and achieve sales goals
- participate in omni-channel shopping experience enhancement
