Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standards and six standard phrases
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- act as cashier following cashier protocols
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow company policy and procedures
- assist with special projects as assigned
