Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- goal/achievement oriented
- some technical aptitude
- ability to follow directions and work with urgency
- ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for fashion and customer service
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic technical aptitude for store systems
- goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- use modern store technology such as POS and payment systems
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
- support shipping, receiving, and product flow
- contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
- maintain maurices' visual and operational standards
