Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Goal/achievement oriented mindset
- Some technical aptitude
- Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and relate to customers of diverse backgrounds
- Goal and achievement oriented
- Basic technical aptitude to operate store technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Flexible and adaptable schedule
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Use POS and communication technology to assist customers and process transactions
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support the shipment process and omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
- Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards
- Guide customers through the BRAND EXPERIENCE to build authentic connections
