Job Duties
- Guide the customer through the brand experience to make authentic connections
- Provide customer-obsessed service with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
- Use modern store technology including POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets to deliver seamless omni-channel shopping experiences
- Maintain maurices visual and operational standards focusing on customer satisfaction
- Support shipping and receiving processes to stay informed about product flow and inventory
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the shopping environment
- Contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup
