- willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers while providing exceptional service to create a positive shopping experience
- use point-of-sale systems and other store technology to process transactions and promotions
- maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping environment
- support shipping and receiving activities, including stock replenishment and product organization
- participate in omni-channel fulfillment processes such as curbside pickup and in-store order preparation
- promote loyalty programs and credit services to customers to drive sales
- collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and maintain a customer-focused atmosphere
