Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Technical aptitude with ability to use modern retail technology

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Guide the customer through the award-winning brand experience to make authentic connections
- Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
- Use modern store technology at cash wrap/cashier including POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience and promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Maintain maurices visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
- Support shipment process, product flow, and omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pick-up
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Achieve sales goals by focusing on customers' needs
