Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Goal and achievement oriented

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic technical aptitude for POS and retail technology

- Ability to build authentic customer relationships
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
- Use POS and other technology to ensure seamless omni-channel shopping experience
- Promote loyalty programs and credit services
- Support shipment process and inventory management
- Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards
- Contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up
