Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 pounds, and performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and genuine hospitality
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and weekly sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- Update signage and pricing and assist with merchandise moves
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and complete transactions efficiently
