Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and perform under pressure
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection
- Understand customer needs to offer personalized recommendations
- Maintain sales floor and fitting rooms in clean and organized condition
- Use electronic devices and cash registers efficiently to process transactions
- Achieve and exceed daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
- Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction
