Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized shopping assistance
- Understand and communicate product features and benefits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals through effective customer engagement
- Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Update signage, pricing, and merchandise displays as needed
- Finish transactions with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
