Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and engage in friendly personal conversations
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals daily and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions
- Complete transactions accurately using electronic devices and cash registers
- Collaborate with teammates to support overall store operations
- Promote and share Macy's Loyalty program benefits with customers
