Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable using technology including handheld devices and cash registers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections
- Understand and meet each customer’s needs through product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update pricing, signage, and support merchandise moves
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective selling strategies
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at checkout
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
