Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

- Proficient in using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand and meet each customer’s needs by offering personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms, including merchandising and updating signage
- Achieve daily sales goals by driving customer engagement and smart selling behaviors
- Share the benefits of the loyalty program and provide excellent checkout service, including thanking customers personally
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and create a positive work environment
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and feedback
