Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide personalized selling assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Understand and communicate product knowledge and current promotions
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement
- Complete register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure exceptional customer service until the end of each transaction
