Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create engaging personal conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment
- Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals and promotions daily
- Support team members and collaborate to provide excellent customer service
- Operate electronic devices including cash registers to process transactions accurately
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience
