Job Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more

Job Duties
- Help keep the store clean and attractive
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ring sales on the cash register, make correct change, and bag merchandise
- Change hanging merchandise as needed
- Pull merchandise as instructed
- Perform administrative and record-keeping duties in the absence of management
- Sort clothing and textiles, inspect and judge saleability
- Hang clothing items with appropriate hangers
- Visually inspect and manage clothing racks on the sales floor
- Clean shelves and maintain store presentation
- Answer customer questions and phone inquiries
- Assist donors with donation intake
- Greet customers
- Follow safety, security, and ethical standards
- Attend required meetings
- Support store goals and mission
- Perform other duties as assigned
