Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using cash registers and handheld electronic devices
- Ability to meet daily sales targets and adapt to changing priorities
- Team-oriented with a positive, resourceful attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers and offer personalized shopping assistance
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and sales goals
- Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Use electronic devices to process transactions efficiently
- Support team members and collaborate to meet store objectives
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and complete sales interactions with goodwill
