Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Comfort with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, reach above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and handheld devices
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections to enhance shopping experiences
- Understand and address customer needs through knowledgeable product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signage and pricing accurately to reflect promotions and new arrivals
- Support merchandise moves and floor recovery efforts to ensure a shoppable environment
- Meet daily sales goals through smart selling behaviors and customer engagement
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and finalize sales with courteous and personalized service
