Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- understand and meet customer needs with personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, promotions, and current trends
- support merchandise moves, update signage and pricing as needed
- use electronic devices and cash registers to process transactions
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and finish customer interactions with sincere appreciation
