Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections to enhance their shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling
- Promote Macy's loyalty program and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to drive individual and store success
