Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptable and resourceful with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Educate customers about new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty program benefits
- Conduct merchandise recovery and update pricing and signage
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Complete register transactions and handle electronic devices efficiently
