Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

- Capability to meet daily sales goals

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling behaviors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs, pricing, and merchandise displays as needed
- Assist customers with loyalty program benefits and complete transactions using electronic devices
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance customer service and store performance
