Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

- able to meet daily sales goals
- capable of standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 25 pounds

- good vision including close, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- comfortable using electronic devices and register systems
- demonstrated sales ability and goal-oriented mindset
- adaptable and resourceful with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences
- take the time to understand each customer’s needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with the right products and services
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space
- review sales goals and product knowledge daily to stay informed and confident
- greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and build lasting customer relationships
- recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves
- finish shifts by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and thanking customers personally
