Job Requirements

  • flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • dependable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
  • able to meet daily sales goals
  • capable of standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 25 pounds
  • able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
  • good vision including close, color, and depth perception

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • comfortable using electronic devices and register systems
  • demonstrated sales ability and goal-oriented mindset
  • adaptable and resourceful with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences
  • take the time to understand each customer’s needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with the right products and services
  • maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space
  • review sales goals and product knowledge daily to stay informed and confident
  • greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and build lasting customer relationships
  • recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves
  • finish shifts by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and thanking customers personally
