Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them with personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed on new arrivals, promotions, and sales goals to drive performance
- Build relationships to inspire customer loyalty and return visits
- Assist customers at the register and complete accurate transactions
- Support team members with collaboration and honesty
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a positive shopping environment
