Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety instructions in English
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand and meet customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and weekly sales goals by driving customer engagement and smart selling strategies
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance overall store performance
- Learn and stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trends to sell with confidence
