Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, open and close shifts
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay punctual and reliable

- Greet and engage customers to create a memorable experience
- Listen and learn customer needs to recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge
- Collaborate proactively with team members to ensure a successful work environment
- Maintain boutique environment including stock management, displays, shipments, and cleanliness
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to build coffee expertise
